Bishop William Murphy To Hold Live Album Recording

By Victor Ochieng

An online source reported that Bishop William Murphy, III will on March 1 be in Atlanta for a live recording of his “Bridges” album. The pastor-cum-gospel singer is a multiple Stellar Award winning artist. He’s widely known for his hit “Praise is What I Do” and his current single “Everlasting God.”

For those who love and follow him, they believe he’s one person who’s been anointed and is used by God to bless his people through worship.

The “Bridges” recording will take place at the dReam Center Church of Atlanta, a church Murphy pastors. The album is produced by able artists, Kenneth and Tasha Combs Leonard.

If you’re in Atlanta and would love to be part of the recording, feel free to join as there will be no entrance fee and the event will be open to the public as well. The event is set to kick off at 7:30 p.m. Even though it’s free, there will be 50 VIP passes that can be purchased at

The recording will come on the eve of his second annual Demonstrate Conference, which is a two-day instruction and impartation event. It is also a demonstration to help participants bring into perspective the things that happen on Sunday mornings between the pastor, intercessors, and worship leaders.

Bishop Murphy is a worship leader known for his prayer background, coming from a family of prayerful people. His father is none other than Bishop William Murphy, Jr, who serves as the International Bishop of Prayer for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.

“My father not only taught us about the importance of prayer, he modeled it daily for us. We actually are now more known for singing and writing incredible worship songs but all of this is as a result of our commitment to being front line intercessors,” shares Murphy.

Those who’ll be part of the conference include his father Bishop William Murphy, Jr., Tasha Combs Leonard, Gerald and Tammi Haddon, as well as other respected dignitaries. Just like the live recording that takes place on the eve of the conference, the conference too will be open to the public.

The conference will be characterized with different sessions, including general and breakout sessions, which will be for Pastors, Worship Leaders, and Intercessors.
