In an extensive and very comprehensive interview with Howard Stern on SiriusXM, rapper Kendrick Lamar said he believes he was “probably abducted by aliens” as a kid. He insisted that he’d been visited by aliens at a time he was only six years old.
“Nobody believed me then and they don’t believe me now,” Lamar said.
Lamar pointed out that the experience isn’t something someone would explain to others and make sense to them.
“It’s just something I can’t really describe, because it just sounds like,’Okay, you just seen a dart go past. That s-t don’t make sense.”
Stern then went ahead and asked Lamar if by any chance he was abducted by the aliens and he replied, saying, “I probably did.”
According to the 30-year-old rapper, it’s because of this encounter with the aliens that he believes it saw him grow up to become such a respected rapper.
“That’s probably why I’m doing music right now,” Lamar said. “Who knows. They probably gave me the energy.”
Lamar is doing pretty well in the music industry. He recently received nominations for seven Grammy awards for his very successful 2017, a year that’s marked with the released of his famous DAMN album. In numbers, he slightly shies from rapper Jay Z who got eight nominations.

Since 2009, scientists have been using the revolutionary telescope to look for aliens.
But to say he was abducted by aliens isn’t something many people are buying, with some saying it’s probably some sort of hallucination that caught up with him at his young age. Still, that’s in line with what Lamar is saying that people didn’t believe him then neither do they believe him now.
“I think it’s called an existential crisis with mild delusion,” said Amber Gurner, a user on Daily Mail UK. “Celebrities always have grandiose ideas and think they are gods gift. Must be narcissism or some sort of personality disorder.”
And another jokingly wrote, “Kendrick!!! We love you, Man! Surely the aliens came to steal bars from your mind. They could equally be angels visiting you. You’re our King!”
