Omarosa Finally Takes “For Better For Worse” Vow At Trump International Hotel

By Victor Ochieng

President Trump’s adviser Omarosa Manigault is now a married woman in spite of the security challenges that forced her to cancel her initial plans to have her wedding on March 25. On Saturday, April 8, the day finally came and Omarosa tied the knot with Florida Pastor John Allen Newman.

Information had earlier been released about the Saturday, April 8th wedding date, but the exact location wasn’t disclosed. Information relating to the location of the wedding couldn’t be shared publicly owing to security concerns.

Well, now that the wedding is a done deal, we’re free to disclose the location. It went down at the Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C. Although it had been rumored that the president would attend the ceremony, we can now say without any fear of contradiction that the president missed the wedding as he was in Mar-a-Lago. It’s not clear, however, whether any or some of her White House colleagues were in attendance.

The wedding wasn’t your average wedding. Everyone attending the ceremony had to undergo a background check as one of the security requirements.

Before the wedding, a source close to Omarosa said, “She is really concerned about her safety. There have been calls, emails and social media messages from people threatening to do harm to her and she feared that she wouldn’t be protected adequately at his church in Jacksonville. So she pushed the date back and made the change.”

Part of her strategy to ensure security was beefed up at the event was to invite high-level White House officials. By so doing, she knew there would be an extra layer of security provided by the U.S. Secret Service.

“Since she moved the wedding to D.C., she’s invited President Trump and other senior level White House executives in an effort to make sure the secret service and extra security will be there,” a source close to her said.

One of the reasons why it’s believed Omarosa faced death threats was because of her support for Trump. Things were further worsened by the fact that her now-husband was a Hillary Clinton supporter in the presidential election and his church at Mt. Calvary in Jacksonville, Florida, was Democratic Party leaning.

Either way, when two people are brought together by love, why would anyone want to set them apart because of political differences? And the message now is: “What God has put together, let no man put asunder.”
